Under the Spell of the Upper Yosemite Falls

 The very popular Yosemite Falls is the 5th tallest waterfalls in the world. It has awed thousands of visitors across the globe. It is one of the main tourist attractions of Yosemite and is one of the famous features inside the Yosemite National Park. The tall waterfall has two parts, namely, the Upper Yosemite Falls and the Lower Yosemite Falls. All in all, the Yosemite Falls measures 2425 ft in height and a very spectacular attraction spot. The first half of the falls which is the Upper Yosemite Falls has won the hearts of the visitors.

The Upper Yosemite Falls is located at Yosemite National Park, California. It measures 1430 ft with the Yosemite Creek as its watercourse. Its elevation measures 4000 ft.  The falls can be admired at the road side of several viewpoints along the Southside Drive. The best locations where the falls can be viewed include the Cook’s Meadow and Swinging Bridge. It can be viewed also while having a trail down the Lower Yosemite Falls. The waterfall is visible also upon viewing it from up and down the Yosemite Valley.
